Mentor activities

The main tasks of a mentor for the duration of the course, but if you are willing to give students more - the list is not limited to anything

1

Best practices used in the framework

The mentor shows what code structures are best to use based on their experience. Helps to understand possible future problems in the student's solution and ways to solve them

2

Code review

The mentor reviews the code, points out inaccuracies, suggests how to improve them. The code review helps the student to develop the necessary skills to work in a team

3

Conducting technical interview

The mentor conducts interviews with students of other mentors on major topics of the course. Participation in interviews allows students not only to see their knowledge gaps, but also to feel the atmosphere of such meetings

4

Supervising a team assignment

The mentor's experience and practical knowledge will help organize students to work on a team project
